Delivery Costs

Delivery Process
- A tracking link will be sent from the courier company once your goods are dispatched
- 10 to 12 Working days lead time on delivery from approval of your logo sample for customised helmets.

- 4 week lead time on delivery from approval of your customised teamwear proofing visual (this will be supplied to you via email a few days after your order has been placed).
SHREY RETURNS POLICY
OUR RETURNS POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS :
***All returns must be booked in via our customer service team on info@shreysports.com.au – You are required to complete a Returns Form which is then approved, printed then enclosed with the returned goods***
Customised products (Teamwear and Helmets)- We will not accept returns on the customised product as you have signed off a proof of the garment, we ask that all designs, colours, garment features, sizing and order information are double checked before placing the order.
- If a garment/product is found to be faulty, then this will be applicable for exchange only by following the below steps. (like for like basis).
- The product needs to be returned to Shrey unworn/unused, labels still on with proof of purchase within 14 days of receipt.
- Evidence of the product fault will be required by providing the customer service team 3 photographs of the fault.
- Product returns must enclose the Shrey returns form.
- On confirmation by the warehouse team that the faulty item has been returned a refund or new product will be processed.
